ඔහු 2015 දී ප්‍රතිසාධන කළමනාකරුවෙකු ලෙස LOLC හා සම්බන්ධව ඇති අතර, පසුව ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ කළමණාකරු දක්වා උසස් වී ඇත. ඔහු LOLC Micro Leasing හි සමස්ත ප්‍රතිසාධන සහ පූර්ව නීතිමය ප්‍රතිසාධන මෙහෙයුම් අධීක්ෂණය කර ඇත.

Mrs. Nelka Welianga

Chief Legal Officer

Mrs. Nelka Welianga counts over 30 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer and has established a distinguished career specializing in banking and finance companies. She has held pivotal roles as Head of Legal for 12 years across three leading finance companies and served as a bank lawyer for 14 years at two prominent commercial banks. She was the Head of Legal in Siyapatha Finance PLC, Fintrex Finance Ltd and Softlogic Finance PLC and has worked in Legal Department of Seylan Bank and Amana Bank having become a high quality legal practitioner in Banking. 

Mrs. Welianga’s expertise is in Banking and Finance Litigation, Debt Recovery. Drafting Legal Documents, Contracts, Agreements, and functioned as Company Secretary . She took Oaths as an Attorney-at-Law in 1993, and holds Diploma in International Relations, Diploma in Arbitration (ICLP). She is an Executive Member of Association of Corporate Lawyers of BASL and she has held the Chairperson position of Legal Circle of Finance House Association (FHA) in 2013-2014.

Mr. Dishan Andrew

Senior Manager – Deposit Mobilization

Mr. Dishan Andrew joined PMF in Finance PLC January 2023 as the Senior Manager, and is responsible for deposit mobilization. He counts more than 20 years of experience in the finance industry, specifically in Liability Marketing, Sales and Strategic Planning. Prior to joining PMF, Mr. Andrew served as Head of Fixed Deposits at HNB Finance PLC

Mr. Nuwan De Silva

Senior Manager – Credit

Mr. Nuwan De Silva joined PMF Finance PLC in March 2022 and is currently overlooking the Credit Operations at the Company. He possesses over 16 years of experience in the Banking & Finance Industry, where he held key positions at Hatton National Bank PLC, LOLC Finance PLC and National Development Bank PLC. His industry exposure covers variety of areas including Retail Banking, Business Banking, Portfolio Management, Credit Risk Management & Credit Administration. 

He holds a BSc (Hons) in International Banking & Finance from the University of Northampton, UK and a Master of Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), A Diploma in Credit Management from Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka and a Certificate in Banking & Finance from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka.

Mewantha Zoysa

Senior Manager – Marketing Communication

Mewantha Zoysa is a seasoned marketing professional with over 13 years of experience in brand development, corporate communications, and digital marketing. Since joining PMF Finance PLC in 2021, he has been instrumental in elevating the company’s brand presence through strategic ATL and BTL campaigns and the successful rebranding initiative ​as PMF Finance PLC.

Prior to PMF Finance, Mewantha held key roles at Orient Finance PLC, Bartleet Finance PLC and Multi Finance PLC, where he led impactful marketing campaigns, managed cross-functional teams, and drove corporate sustainability initiatives. He is well-versed in marketing strategy, media planning, event management, and creative content development.

Mewantha holds an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University (UK) and professional qualifications in Java Technology and Digital Literacy. His forward-thinking mindset and results-driven approach continue to play a pivotal role in strengthening PMF Finance’s brand identity and stakeholder engagement.

Mr. Ranga Withanage

Chief Manager – Application Support

Mr. Ranga Withanage brings over 25 years of IT experience in core banking solution development and implementation within the banking and finance sector. As the Chief Manager – Application Support at PMF Finance PLC, , he has played an active role in optimizing software systems that enhance operational efficiency and align with strategic business goals. Since joining the company in December 2023, he has contributed to several key system implementations, including the Core Banking System, Margin Trading Systems, Recovery and Call Center Systems, system integrations with third-party software, and solutions to meet regulatory requirements set by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL).

His extensive educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Staffordshire University (UK). His professional qualifications include membership in the British Computer Society (UK). He also holds a Diploma in Computer Systems Design from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM).

Prior to joining PMF Finance PLC, Mr. Withanage held key positions such as Project Leader and Project Manager at OpenArc Systems Management (Pvt) Ltd. He has also served in senior roles at several leading financial institutions, including Assetline Finance Ltd, Sri Lanka Savings Bank, Richard Pieris Finance Ltd, and Sarvodaya Development Finance PLC.

Mr. Nishantha Pushpakumara

Senior Manager – Administration

Mr. E.W.N. Pushp Kumara brings over 27 years of experience as a specialist in Finance, Procurement, and Administration. He possesses extensive expertise in managing administrative operations, procurement processes, asset management, branch setups, and facility maintenance in both Sri Lanka and overseas.

He served as Head of Building Administration and Procurement at Assetline Finance Limited for 7 years, playing a pivotal role in overseeing key operational areas. In addition, he has held various positions in the Finance and Accounting sector across multiple organizations for 18 years, including Manager – Accounting & Finance at Assetline Finance Limited for 5 years and 7 years at Assetline Securities (Pvt) Ltd.

Mr. Pushp Kumara is a member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka.

Ms. Deiyagala Arachchilage Manuja Gayani Chandrapala

Senior Manager-Central Operations

Ms Manuja is a highly experienced operations professional with over 17 years of dedicated experience in the financial services sector. She currently serves as Senior Manager, Operations at PMF Finance PLC, a role she has held since 2020, progressing from Manager Operations.

Prior to joining PMF Finance PLC, Ms Manuja spent a decade at Orient Finance PLC (2010-2020), where she steadily advanced through roles including Executive Operations, Senior Executive Operations, and Assistant Manager Operations, gaining comprehensive expertise in operational intricacies. She began her career at Siyapatha Finance PLC (formerly Sampath Leasing and Factoring Ltd), serving as an Investment Assistant from May 2008 to May 2009.

Ms Manuja holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Marketing Special) degree from the University of Kelaniya, graduating with Second Class Lower Division honors. Her robust background in marketing, combined with extensive operational leadership, uniquely positions her to drive efficiency and strategic growth within the organization.

MR. Kumuditha Aparakka

Senior Manager-Head of Treasury

Mr. Kumuditha Aparakka counts over 14 years of experience in the fields of treasury management, corporate finance, capital markets and auditing in NBFI Sector. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall liquidity management, funding strategies, asset-liability management, and market risk mitigation, ensuring financial stability and optimal utilization of resources to support the company’s strategic objectives.

Prior to joining PMF, he served as Senior Manager – Treasury at Sarvodaya Development Finance PLC. His career journey started in 2012 at LB Finance PLC., where he developed expertise in liquidity management, bank relationships, structured finance, debt capital raising, foreign exchange risk management, and investment portfolio optimization. 

Mr. Aparakka holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (special) from University of Kelaniya and a Masters in Business Administration from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura. He also holds a Diploma in Treasury and Risk Management from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka (IBSL), a Diploma in International Relations from BCIS, a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (MAAT) and a Certificate in Accounting and Business from the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL) 

Suresh Dayarathna

Senior Manager-Business Development

Suresh Dayarathna is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in Sri Lanka’s Non-Banking Financial Services sector. Currently, he serves as the Senior Manager – Regional Business Development at PMF Finance, where he is responsible for leading business development across multiple regions, driving portfolio growth, and overseeing branch performance.

His career includes significant roles at Assetline Finance Ltd, where he held positions such as Assistant Manager – Business Development, Senior Executive – Regional Operations, Branch In-Charge Executive, and Marketing Executive. In these roles, he initiated market expansion strategies, managed sales targets, coordinated daily operations, and executed marketing campaigns.

Suresh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wayamba University of Sri Lanka (2022) and a B.Sc. in Marketing Management (Special) from Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka (2009). He also possesses professional qualifications including a Certificate in Developing Managers for the Future from PIMA (2015) and a Professional Certificate in Marketing from SLIM (2008). His core skills include strategic business development, team leadership, marketing & sales strategy, and regional operations management.

Thariq Ameer-Information

Security Officer

Thariq Ameer heads the Information Security and Governance division at PMF Finance PLC, bringing over a decade of expertise in IT security, governance, and infrastructure management. His career spans several prominent organizations, including LAUGFS Holdings Limited, Richard Pieris Finance Ltd, and Sri Lanka Telecom, where he developed deep proficiency in cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.

Thariq holds an Executive Master of Science (EMSc) in Information Security and is certified by ISC² in Cybersecurity, underscoring his commitment to global standards in data protection and risk management. He has also completed advanced professional development programs in cybersecurity strategy and governance, equipping him to lead PMF’s digital security initiatives with foresight and precision.

At PMF Finance PLC, Thariq plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust information security frameworks that ensure operational resilience against evolving cyber threats. His strategic leadership has significantly strengthened PMF’s compliance posture and enhanced customer trust in the company’s digital platforms.
